What we believe
| |
We believe that God has created each person for His glory and as such we seek to encourage each person to function in the unique way that God has gifted them
What is our vision
| |
We are a people with a vision and a purpose to see the wider community transformed through the coming of the Kingdom of God
Unlike many religious groups
| |
we are not
trying to earn our way to heaven. Jesus is very clear about this issue when He declares in the Bible that
"he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment but has passed from death to life" &. (see John 5:24)
We know that we are going to heaven because the death of Christ on the cross has effectively dealt with our sin. We approach God with confidence on that basis and our lifestyle reflects the love, freedom and acceptance He has shown to us. This is the good news of the gospel.

Why are we satisfied
| |
Our joy comes from knowing what God has already done for us and the plans and inheritance He now has in store for us. This is freely given to us and not something we have earned by our own efforts. We are no longer living with guilt or fear. Our souls are genuinely satisfied.
